This is a really unique property and the owner Cherie is truly special. You really feel as if you have been invited into her private home. The rooms are magnificent with their own history and dinner involved great fruit in a really classy environment. A great experience all round.
It was all good.

Nothing at all, No Hot water in shower, no heating, no locks on the doors, no toilet in the room, no television-absolutely terrible
Everything, extremely disappointed, phoned the owner to complain, would never consider this place again. Absolutely pathetic!!!!

Some nice furniture.
We were extremely disappointed and not impressed with this hotel. Selected for its location and pleasant old worldly charm it did not come up to any of its supposed promises. The room was not vacuumed, a teacup was unwashed, there was mouse dirt? cockroach dirt? on the day bed covered by a dirty cover. The netting over the bed was torn. The plastic flowers and light bulbs needed a good dust. The bathroom separate from the room had a dirty used towel , used soap and bath mat. We were not informed it would be used through the night and early morning by someone else? The used KY lubricant in the bathroom cupboard made us wonder? Complimentary toiletries had been previously used except for two small soaps supplied with the towels in the bedroom. The outside lighting was not operational despite being told it would light up for us when we returned from dinner. (Thanks goodness I has a small torch). The broken lamp glass on the dining room table did not add to the ambiance at breakfast which was very poor including jam dated 2001! and liquidy canned tomato, indescribably fatty bacon and token scrambled egg. We have travelled extensively both domestically and internationally and have not experienced accommodation of such poor quality except on one occasion in the Philippines. This B&B accommodation was shocking for an overnight stay costing $260 and we consider an embarrassment to the the Hospitality industry in Australia.

The owner was great
If anything just an extra person in the bar would have made our stay perfect
